Through Guilds, we establish a new vision for our profession, a view beyond our paycheck or status, which includes defining a new standard of how to work through ethical and best practices.

The Problem
Our Approach
The Collaborative, founded in 2013 as the faith and work ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Orlando, was incorporated and endorsed by the church leadership in 2023 to broaden its focus to cultural renewal and reach further audiences.
Dr. Case Thorp, founder and principal, shifted at the time in his duties as Senior Associate Pastor at the church to Theologian in Residence to provide the capacity to see the work of The Collaborative expand.
